Storm Door Will Not Open

So we were going to get the mail today and it our front screen door is jammed shut, so now we can't get it open. The top of the door seems to want to open, but the bottom of the door just won't budge. Any ideas on how to fix?

Sometimes storm doors need to be taken off and rehung. This usually happens when the door frame they are attached to comes out of square after many years.

Storm doors usually have enough clearance all around that that you can remove the frame and shim the hinge Z bar to bring the storm door back into perfect alignment.

Then reinstall the header and side jamb aluminum rails so they are plumb with the door. Put the lock back on and the door should be good for another 30 years.
