I’ve read through your fixes. I’m fairly confident that I can fix my screen door if I can find the parts. I’m attaching a picture of the spring /pulley looking things on the side. If you can help me identify what I need to purchase I would be very grateful.

Same Issue - plastic part is broken. May try to re-string and find a similar pulley (or maybe a 3-D printer)? Let me know if you were able to find the parts. I can't seem to find them anywhere.
