Spline for flexible plastic windows

Trying to replace plastic in a florida sun room. Tried round splines, but I can't get wrinkles out of plastic. I think the problem is that I need new original spline. I have attached a picture of the spline. Can you help me? Any information will be appreciated.

I was sold flex-o-glass 4 mil plastic to go in it. Is this the correct mil plastic to use?

When I replace the splin it does not make the plastic stay tight. Maybe if I could get a thicker clear plastic. I think it would work if I could find a plastic that is .008 to .010 thick. Where can I buy clear vinyl in thi thicker size ?
The plastic that I now have is .002 thick.
the old plastic that I took out is .008 thick.
I dont know where to buy the thicker size.
