screen door rollers integral to attached bar

My screen door is about 17 years old and can't figure out the manufacturer. The rollers are on a bar that screws into the screen door, but i don't know how to fix or find replacement parts. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the great pictures.

Usually when I see these bars they are Z shaped and the beariings are riveted to the rail.

If I am not mistaken, your bearings look like they have been made removeable by unscrewing the large screw on the back of the rail. This is awesome.

If that does allow the bearing to come off then those could be replaced with new ones providing the bearing dimensions are the same as commonly used ones.
