PGT screen door rollers broken

I bought 4 PGT hurricane sliding glass doors last year with screen doors on each. The rollers on all 4 screens have already gone bad and I cannot find replacements anywhere or even pictures that look like mine. Any ideas where I can get replacements?

Our condo association did a major remodel and installed PGT 3 panel sliding glass doors and windows in all 114 units. As previously stated in another post, the plastic screen door rollers soon broke or lost spring in most units. I contacted the supplier and they could not match the rollers or provide a supplier.Of course PGT website is useless. I really need to find replacements for mine as well as many other units. I have searched the hardware stores and sites to no avail. The pictured white plastic roller looks the same as mine.Thanks for any help.

PGT is the worst. Have 4 sliding screen doors. Did not take long for some of the "PLASTIC" rollers to break. Went back to Town and Country where I purchased them and were no help. Just ordered new replacement vinyl Windows for our house and guess who did not get the business. T & C and PGT.

I added some pictures of the roller i use in my screen door kits. Looks like it might just slide right in to the mortise in your door.

It needs a hole drilled so that the roller height adjusting screw can be installed. Not sure if your roller has this already.

Can send you a set of these rollers if you want to give it a try.

Looks like something made specifically for PGT. If they wont help send me some pictures of the screen door and the pocket that the roller sits in and we will try to figure out if a different roller will fit.
