older sliding door handle

Hello, The handle on my sliding door is coming loose. A carpenter came by for something else and said they don't make this kind anymore. I'm lost as to how to replace it. I have to do it myself and I'm not at all handy; so, I'd like to get something with the same screw holes since I can't operate a still too well. I have attached pictures. I think?
