I need the magnet

Hi There,
I have a Phantom Screen Door, single, it works great but the magnet is missing. I called our local Phantom Dealer and they only want to upgrade me to a new style with a thumb latch. The thing is that I am selling my house and promised to fix this, not knowing I would have so much trouble finding the magnet... I do want a retractable screen in my new house too, but first I have to get past this issue. Do you have the magnets, or know where I can get one?

Hi my problem is similar. My magnets have corroded and no longer hold the screen doors together. How do I find replacement magnets? Or replacement magnetic catches?
