Can't find a replacement lock on patio door

Hi I can't find a replacement lock on patio door. Nothing at lumber stores are right size for the mortise lock. Can you help me. Do you sell or can you direct me as to size and were I can order proper size lock. I am in Ontario,Canada. Thanks. John
